Work directly with UX and engineering on refreshing existing ad
products as well as developing new
ad products, design guidelines,
and A/B testing to ensure that we protect the viewer experience
while offering advertisers products
that drive both viewer engagement
and ad revenue. Present all data-informed design strategies to VP-level stakeholders for review and approvals


Work daily with Program Managers
to prioritize the workload while managing team headcount and recruitment to help our growing
need for rockstar designers
