As the current Design Director for the newly developed advertising design team at Roku, I built, lead and mentor a team
of designers dedicated to
up-leveling the creative for
on-device assets, while setting design standards and guidelines for all existing advertising products on the platform. 


My team is also responsible for working with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and AdOps, to ensure that we are A/B testing, as well as lead the creative development and guideline production for all new advertising products.
